Understanding Out-of-Network Therapy

When looking for therapy that truly meets your needs, out of network therapy allows access to a wider range of therapists and specialties tailored to your unique situation, free from in-network limitations. This flexibility ensures a deeper connection and personalized treatment for trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, leading to more effective outcomes. Many insurance companies also provide reimbursement for out of network therapy, offering financial benefits while receiving high-quality care. At Repose, we support your individual healing journey with experienced therapists using evidence-based practices. By choose out of network therapy, your’re investing today in your long-term growth and wellbeing.

Working with Repose, an out-of-network (OON) provider, can be more budget-friendly than you might think. Here's why:

  • Many health insurance plans include OON mental health benefits.

  • Your insurance may help cover the cost of therapy.

  • Reimbursement rates typically range from 50% to 90%.

For example, a $200 therapy session, your out-of-pocket cost after reimbursement could be as low as $20 to $100. Don't let concerns about cost prevent you from seeking the mental health support you need. We can also assist you with checking your insurance plan's OON benefits and with claim submissions.
