“Many of the questions you may have regarding life's challenges can be found through a bit of self-exploration. The ability to heal requires awareness, mindfulness and personal insight”

Embrace a Journey of Personal Growth and Healing

I’m a firm believer that mental health is integral to managing the demands of everyday life. When you’re not feeling well, it becomes increasingly difficult to address stress and navigate daily challenges. Think about the times when focusing at work, studying for an exam, or communicating your needs felt overwhelming. My approach as a therapist is designed to address these difficulties by focusing on consistent problem-solving, exploration, and healing.

My work as a therapist entails consistent problem solving, reasoning, exploring, investigating, learning and healing. I provide compassionate, supportive, encouraging and challenging therapy that facilitates and promotes growth for the people who seek to improve the quality of their lives. Reflecting on one's actions, highlighting the importance of self-awareness and offering advisement on ways to improve the overall health of one's lifestyle are a few ways by which I aid individuals in achieving an enhanced experience of life.

Through these means, the ability to focus at work becomes a bit easier, studying for an exam is not such a harrowing feat and effectively expressing your needs feels like more of a natural practice. All the while, paying special attention to your improved health both mentally and physically.

An Inclusive and Culturally Attuned Perspective

My practice is informed by an anti-oppression and anti-racist lens, which acknowledges and addresses the systemic barriers and inequalities that impact mental health. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive and respectful of diverse identities and experiences, offering support that is both culturally sensitive and deeply empathetic.
